The Engagement session
Melissa and Jorge’s engagement session was at one of my favorite places on earth. (NO not Disney)- but at Dull’s Christmas Tree farm. I was so excited when they OKed that location because it is just a beautiful and magical place. Here are some of my favorite photos from our engagement session.
The Ceremony
Time is flying. I feel like it was just yesterday I met up with them and shot their engagement session. The wedding was at the Courtyard by Marriott in lafayette and it was the perfect location for Melissa and Jorge’s elegant spring wedding. Wedding day was so great the rain held off all day. the clouds rolled in after all the photos were finished and it was party time. Melissa and Jorge did do a first look. So we had all of their photos finished before the ceremony which was so nice. After the ceremony Jorge and Melissa had a delicious and fun cocktail hour. The jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks were outstanding.
The Reception
The plated dinner by the Courtyard by Marriott was absolutely delicious and their cake from Mammaw’s sweet shop was perfection as always. The evening was so fun David Shuck was the dj from Audio Inferno , he kept the dace floor hopping and he added some fun games to the evening. Melissa and Jorge also had a Photo Booth also from Audio Inferno for their guests which was a fun time as well.

*This^^ made my heart so happy! They will enjoy having ZERO smart phones in their entire wedding day photos (even reception) their group of family and friends were amazing and honored the Bride and Grooms wishes and were all present for their day. *
