On a bright and sunny June day—without a single cloud in the sky—Carlee and Nathan celebrated the start of their next chapter at the stunning New Journey Farms. As longtime clients of mine, I’ve had the privilege of documenting so many milestones for this wonderful couple, so being chosen to capture their wedding day was an incredible honor.

Though the Indiana heat was in full swing, guests stayed cool and comfortable during the indoor ceremony. That’s one of the many things I love about New Journey Farms—it’s absolutely beautiful both inside and out, making it an ideal venue no matter the weather.

After ten amazing years together, Carlee and Nathan said “I do” surrounded by a large group of loved ones, with seven bridesmaids and seven groomsmen by their side. The energy, excitement, and genuine support from their family and friends made the day feel incredibly special.

Carlee was stunning in her gown from Marie Gabriel Bridal. Her look came together flawlessly with hair by Shannon Bush and Alexis from Union Style Studio, and makeup by Kearstin Deno—she truly glowed all day long. One of the most emotional moments was her first look with her father. It was filled with tears, hugs, and heartfelt smiles. Another unforgettable moment was when their daughter, Bristol, did a first look with her dad—such a sweet and meaningful part of the day.

The venue was beautifully decorated with lush floral designs by Honey and Sage, bringing a soft, romantic vibe to the already breathtaking space. Every corner of the day felt intentional and full of love.

Guests were treated to an incredible dinner catered by Big League Sports Bar and Grill—and yes, the food was just as delicious as it sounds! The cake, both beautiful and delicious, was made by 10.10 Bakery and was the perfect sweet ending to their meal.

As the night went on, DJ and family friend Paul Hartwell kept the celebration going strong, and there was no shortage of dancing and laughter. To top it all off, videographer Ryan Kingmaker was there to capture every detail, ensuring Carlee and Nathan can relive their perfect day over and over again.

From the tearful first looks to the joyous dance floor moments, it was truly an honor to be a part of Carlee and Nathan’s special day. Their love story—ten years in the making—was a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do.
