The Engagement Session
I met Dawn and Dan this spring we connected through my friend Nicole (Dawn’s sister) I am so glad she brought these two amazing people to me. Their engagement session was early spring at one of my favorite spots The Canal Walk in Indianapolis. You can check out their engagement session here.
The Ceremony & Reception
Dawn and Dan’s special day was at Hobart Community Center in Hobart Indiana . Dawn and Dan chose to do a first look so we were able to get all of the photos done before the ceremony. Which was perfect due to weather conditions we had to move the ceremony inside the community center instead of outside in the gazebo. However when it was time for photos these two and their friends and family were *all* troopers and we did get their portraits done outside once the rain stopped.
The officiant for Dawn & Dan’s big day was their Friend and Groomsman. I loved how that made the service extra special. They left a chair decorated all evening in remembrance of Dawn’s momma who was taken to soon by lung cancer it was a perfect tribute to a wonderful momma.
I had a blast at Dawn & Dan’s reception. They had an extremely talented Dj – RatPak Dj for their special day and he kept the dance floor full the entire evening.
